I am an Independent Nurse Consultant dedicated to restoring transparency to care. I founded The Clinical Guerrilla to provide the objective, unfiltered clinical oversight needed to see what internal systems often miss. Based in Bristol, I operate with total independence, bridging the "Truth Gap" between corporate policy and bedside reality.

My clinical foundation was built within some of the world’s most rigorously monitored medical environments. Having served in JCI-accredited institutions—including St. Luke’s Medical Center and The Medical City—I was trained to operate under the highest global benchmarks for patient safety and clinical excellence. I bring that same uncompromising "zero-error" mindset to every audit and advocacy engagement I undertake.

The Expert: UK Clinical Leadership

Beyond my international training, I possess a deep, practical mastery of the UK healthcare landscape. My experience includes serving as an Acting Nurse Unit Manager for a leading UK care provider, where I was directly responsible for clinical governance, staff leadership, and the oversight of complex nursing units.

I understand the system from both the bedside and the management office. I know how care is documented, how teams are led, and—crucially—where the gaps emerge. I don’t just read care plans; I understand the systemic challenges that lead to failures in care, and I provide the strategic leadership required to fix them.
